Because you gain immediate access to the full content, I'm unable to offer refunds once a product has been downloaded, except where the product is faulty, corrupted, or materially different from its description. If that happens, contact me at thirtyonejewelsmedia@outlook.com and I'll put it right or issue a refund.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you're accessing digital content immediately and agree to waive your standard 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
